A320 CBT – FLIGHT CONTROLS

Course Information

This course does an excellent job of describing the components, normal/abnormal operations, controls, indications of the A320 control systems and includes the following information: The Flight Controls for roll, pitch and yaw; Mach/pitch/speed/yaw control; the yaw damping systems; a review of the secondary flight controls: spoilers, speed brakes, leading edge devices, flap, autoslat operation; a discussion of the asymmetric and skew detection, protection and indication systems. Side stick operation, limitations and abnormal corrections.
